The update also introduces several powerful new tools to help you better serve families. With the new Cremation Air button, creating a Cremation Air account is now just a tap away, making it easier than ever to begin offering families aerial scattering services while taking advantage of exclusive ASD client benefits. We’ve also added a Client Lookup/Out-of-Area Lookup Tool, giving you the ability to quickly locate another ASD funeral home when coordinating services outside your local area. This new ASD Mobile app feature was designed to help you connect with funeral homes that share the same commitment to responsive communication, providing added confidence when working together on behalf of families.
Finally, we’ve made improvements to CareTracker™, making it faster and more intuitive to submit feedback and communicate exactly how you’d like our Customer Service team to respond to specific situations. Every enhancement in this update was designed with one goal in mind: helping funeral professionals communicate more efficiently while delivering the exceptional service families deserve.
