ASD Staff is professional and compassionate in all situations. Each week, ASD recognizes four employees with an “Outstanding Service Award”. This special recognition is given to the ASD Staff who exhibit the sensitivity and attention to detail that set ASD apart from other answering services. Here are some recent “Outstanding Service Award” winners:
►Assistant Supervisor, Rachel, compassionately assisted a caller whose was in a nursing home and wanted to know the details for her sister’s funeral.
►Supervisor, Jen, spoke with a well-known public figure and handled the call with absolute professionalism.
►Call Specialist, Christina, calmly defused an irrational caller who wanted to speak to someone attending a funeral in progress.
►Assistant Supervisor, Renee, accurately retrieved First Call information from a caller who only wanted pricing information.
