ASD's Outstanding Service Awards

ASD Staff is professional and compassionate in all situations. Each week, ASD recognizes four employees with an "Outstanding Service Award". This special recognition is given to the ASD Staff who exhibit the sensitivity and attention to detail that set ASD apart from other answering services. Here are some recent "Outstanding Service Award" winners:
►Call Specialist, A.J., patiently gathered time sensitive First Call information from a nursing home staff member while a high pitched alarm was going off in the background.
►Advanced Call Specialist, Julian, saved a First Call for a client by determining that a caller who asked to speak to the funeral director's mother was actually calling to report a passing.
►Call Specialist, Laura, calmly defused an upset caller who was furious she had not received her loved ones remains after three months.
►Senior Call Specialist, Barbara, determined that a caller who spoke with a thick, foreign accent was seeking help regarding brain donation.
