ASD Releases ASD Mobile Update to Introduce ReAlert™ Feature and Enhance Push Notification Support

ASD is pleased to share we have recently updated ASD Mobile
for iPhone and Android
to include several new tools and features that make life
easier for on-call funeral directors. We’ve enhanced support for directors who
receive messages via push notification using the app, which includes an option
to control our newest feature,
ASD ReAlert™.

On a daily basis, funeral directors are pulled in so many
different directions. When you’re juggling multiple grieving families, a
plethora of deadlines and numerous appointments, it is so easy to become
distracted and overlook an important message. ASD is pleased to ntroduce our
new ReAlert™ feature to help resolve this dilemma for on-call directors.

With this feature, ASD will send out a reminder push
notification to alert on-call funeral directors when there is an outstanding
message that has not been acted upon. This is especially useful if the director
is in a sensitive environment and cannot be interrupted by a phone call.

Never miss an
important message again with ASD ReAlert™

With the latest ASD Mobile update, ReAlert™ is now included
as an option within ASD Mobile’s Push Notification settings. Clients can
utilize the app to control how often you are re-alerted for urgent messages
when on-call. You can also turn the feature on and off using the app, so that
you have it enabled during times when you know you’ll be busy and might not
notice the initial notification.

Maintain full control
over if and when you are notified with an ASD ReAlert™ using the ASD Mobile app
