ASD is pleased to announce the recent promotions of our dedicated employees, Lori Bongiovanni and Josie Miller. Both Lori and Josie have demonstrated exceptional customer service and team building skills. In her new role as Operations Manager, Lori will support our Supervisor and Call Specialist team and enhance inner-office communication while continuing to serve our clients with the utmost professionalism. Josie will join ASD’s experienced team of Supervisors where she will offer support to our Call Specialists while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
For more than four years, Lori Bongiovanni has been an exemplary employee at ASD, dedicated to performance. She has proven her leadership and management abilities while working as a Lead Supervisor. Lori earned her degree in Professional Studies while working at ASD and has demonstrated her skills time and again through training, supervising, attending conventions and assisting on special projects. As a Manager on our Operations team, Lori will work to enhance ASD’s Operations by communicating effectively with cleints and stuff, monitoring service levels and performance, and working with other managers and departments to accomplish operational goals.
Josie Miller joined the ASD team in 2013 and has exhibited many skills as both an adept trainer and Assistant Supervisor, often assisting with multiple special projects and tasks. She has proven herself as an asset to the company with her compassionate phone demeanor and attention to detail. Josie’s new role as Supervisor will allow her to enhance relationships with ASD’s clients while offering her knowledge and guidance to our Call Specialist team. When she’s not at ASD, Josie is busy earning her degree at Neumann University.
