ASD Staff is professional and compassionate in all situations. Each week, ASD recognizes four employees with an "Outstanding Service Award". This special recognition is given to the ASD Staff who exhibit the sensitivity and attention to detail that set ASD apart from other answering services. Here are some recent "Outstanding Service Award" winners:

►Training Specialist, Jaclyn, patiently gathered First Call information while the phone was being passed back and forth between a hospice nurse and a distraught family member.

►Call Specialist, Emily, saved a First Call for a client by determining that a caller who stated she only wanted to talk to the director was actually calling to report a recent passing.

►Assistant Supervisor, Rose, compassionately assisted an elderly caller wanting to make pre-arrangements for herself who was hesitant to leave a phone number.

►Training Specialist, Stephanie, calmly defused an irrational caller who was furious after receiving a funeral bill.
