ASD Celebrates Christmas in "Style"

ASD Celebrates Christmas in "Style"

Dec 26, 2012

The week between Christmas and New Years is always a blur of excitement and happiness. We hope you are enjoying this time with your families and looking forward to an exciting New Year. Whether you're planning a holiday party, preparing for a few feet of snow or spending time with your kids who are off school this week—ASD has you covered. Every holiday, we make preparations in advance to ensure your phones are always protected.

On Christmas Day, ASD answered more than 6,000 inbound calls and over 1,300 professionally handled First Calls. Despite the call volume, ASD answered 84% of all calls by the 1st ring and more than 97% by the 4th ring. We are happy to be here to protect your calls so you can enjoy the holidays with your family!

This year, the ASD team got into the spirit by donning ugly Christmas sweaters and vests. We're still deciding on which one should earn one of our trophies:

To vote for your favorite, visit our Facebook album and “like” or leave a comment for the most creative Ugly Christmas Sweater.

Our employees are very creative in other ways as well. Check out this amazing ASD-themed Christmas cake made by our Call Specialist Gary and his wife for all of our employees:

From everyone here at ASD, we hope you enjoy the rest of the holiday season. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the last week of 2012 and the year ahead even brighter for your funeral home.
