One of the first things we do when you come onboard is to help you create a profile for
your funeral home. This includes finding out the questions you need answered on death calls
made by family members or the staff at nursing homes or hospitals. We ask logistical questions
to learn more about your location, landmarks, cross streets, parking availability, and handicap
accessibility. We also ask about local florists and flower delivery directions. And we make
sure to get specific instructions about who, where, and when to contact you or your staff,
with up to 35 different scenarios.

We're hard at work when other businesses are brought to a halt by power outages. Our oversized
diesel-powered generator keeps us operating, without any disruption in service--and we test
it weekly, just to be sure. We're located well above any floodplain, adjacent to the Borough of

we're still prepared-- with redundant UPS battery backup units that keep your information safe.
