ASD's "Outstanding Service Awards"

ASD Staff is professional and compassionate in all situations. Each week, ASD recognizes four employees with an "Outstanding Service Award". This special recognition given to ASD Staff who exhibit the sensitivity and attention to detail that set ASD apart from other answering services. Here are some recent "Outstanding Service Award" winners:

►Training Call Specialist, Crystal, determined that a caller who only wanted the funeral home's office hours was actually calling because a relative was close to passing a way.
►Call Specialist, Vanessa, accurately retrieved time-sensitive First Call information from a clergy member who was reluctant to provide any details.
►Training Call Specialist, Tina, compassionately assisted a caller who suddenly lost her husband and was on disability with little means to pay for a funeral.
►Assistant Supervisor, Anne, patiently handled an upset caller who had not heard back from the funeral director about his mother's recent passing.
