ASD's "Outstanding Service Awards"

ASD Staff is professional and compassionate in all situations. Each week, ASD recognizes four employees with an "Outstanding Service Award". This special recognition given to ASD Staff who exhibit the sensitivity and attention to detail that set ASD apart from other answering services. Here are some recent "Outstanding Service Award" winners
►Senior Call Specialist, Trina, handled a call from two distraught family members who kept switching the phone back and forth. Trina was able to determine that a death had just occurred.
►Call Specialist, Kimberlie, patiently assisted a caller who needed obituary information but did not know the name of the deceased.
►Senior Call Specialist, Kathy, determined a nephew of a decedent who was giving past service information was actually calling to report a new death.
►Supervisor, Susan, accurately retrieved time-sensitive First Call information from a relative who had lost two family members.
